Explain the use of the Denied List -
"Red button" page
The Denied List - "Red button" page allows you
to standard blacklist certain program/robots
there useragents on your website/store/server.
Any Useragent listed is able to enter your site
but is definably not allowed to index your site
or do things that are known by RCP as illegal.
Like stealing files, email address, info, data,
downloading etc. Any useragent listed on the red
page will be blocked on any attempt of abuse.
The listed useragents on the Denied page are
from: E-mail collecting robots, bad spiders,
page rippers and tools thieves and abusers use
to collect private information and files.

Why blacklist-Deny a robot or program on your
site?
Answers: People might be using special programs
to download your complete site wish can bring
you high bandwidth bills. One competitor site is
using robot to collect your links and other site
info. Programs that are not compatible with your
site. You can blacklist certain programs to see
how often abusers are using them. You can think
of many reasons why to blacklist certain
programs there useragent.

How to add a Robot to your red denied
list?
Each program used on your site has a unique
useragent and comments field. In order to deny
blacklist a program or robot from indexing or
abusing your site/store/server you can add the
useragent to your red button page. Sample: The
UserAgent of a Program Named: Zeus is used to
create a directory of competitors websites. They
steal all links from a directory to start there
own directory with the stolen links. The user
agent is: Zeus 52667 (Webster Pro V2.9 Win32)
What you see is a useragent and some comments
between the (.....) All you need to add is the
first part wish is: Zeus 52667 This is the real
useragent. Do not include the text behind it.
The (....) are only comments and not originally
part of the useragent. In order to add the Zeus
useragent add only the first part. Add: Zeus
52667 to the form in the top of the red page and
click Add UserAgent... RCP will now
automatically stop any one using Zeus and it can
will report you with email that someone has
tried to use Zeus on your site.

How to Remove a program from your red denied
list?
In order to remove a useragent from your
blacklist and allow it to index your site. You
must select the ratio button behind the
useragent you wish to remove from the red list
and click the button at the bottom of the page
named:Delete Checked. The useragent is no longer
blacklisted but is still not allowed to index
your site. If you only remove it from the black
list then it will still be stopped from indexing
your site. In order to fully allow this
useragent you must do two things 1: remove it
from the red page. 2: add the useragent to your
green page. Only then its allowed to index your
site
