access to hidden files, root or shell files. In no way a unknown user 
should be allowed doing this. There for its recommended to keep this 
abuser banned for at least 1 a 2 months.

If its yourself getting banned or your webmaster or sys admin
then you will have to remove manually your ip address from the htaccess
file and the htaccess coding part ( 4 ) contains a ban word that is also
listed in the above url named:Forbidden action. You can remove the word
